Johnette, affectionately known as “GiGi” to her four precious grandchildren – Poppy, Triton, Gwyneth, and Faith, boasts a rich background in the travel industry before transitioning to real estate. Her journey alongside Spalding began in 1996, stepping into the role of a proud stepmother to his daughters Paige and Leslie. After immersing herself in the world of new home construction, she took a leap of faith in 2004, obtaining her Texas Real Estate License. For 16 years, they thrived as one of Keller Williams’ Top Producing Teams before founding their brokerage, Pyron Team Realty, in Colleyville, Texas.
Spalding, a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a degree in Chemistry, found his calling in sales after moving to Texas to follow his college roommate, who joined the Dallas Cowboys. Despite his academic background, Spalding’s expertise flourished in real estate, becoming a broker in 1983 and working with esteemed home builders in the DFW area. Together with Johnette, they formed Pyron Team Realty within Keller Williams – Southlake in 2005, cementing their status as top producers for over 16 years before establishing their brokerage.
Married for 28 years, Johnette and Spalding cherish their roles as parents to their daughters and grandparents to their beloved grandchildren.
